Kincaid Pearson

Kincaid Pearson (b. 1996) is a textile artist and painter living in Portland Maine. Originally from the rural New Hampshire town of Henniker, he moved to Portland in 2015 to receive his BFA in textile and fashion design at Maine College of Art & Design in 2019. Kincaid’s work is colorful and organic with design forward thinking when assembling compositions.

Kincaid’s work was featured in ‘All Together Now,’ on view February 11-26, 2023.

“‘Ouroboros’ is about continuation and the ever going cycle. ‘Lone Tree’ is about flourishing while being alone.”
