Pete Morse

Pete Morse (b. 1976, Manchester, NH) has been interested in making art that is interactive to the viewer for the last few years. The spinning spirals and other illusions he creates seem to move the longer you gaze upon them, yet the mind knows that the image is stationary.

I am highly influenced by the illusions of Escher, as well as the Classic Rock art of Kelley, Mouse and Griffin.

Pete’s work was featured in ‘Group Effort,’ on view August 10-September 1, 2024.

“I like to make striking interactive art, that grabs your attention and also forces you to look away.”
