Christopher Thibault

Christopher Thibault (b. 1985) is a self taught multidisciplinary artist born and raised in the yawning gap of the Merrimack Valley. Starting out as a musician and lyricist in the early 2000’s he travelled the country playing shows and writing songs that later influenced visual representation and colorful abstract landscapes from memory. Appropriating every form through his work marrying text and image, abstraction and figuration, historical information and contemporary critique he explores the dichotomies of the 21st Century creating a personal mythology of nostalgic motifs.
