Holly Tomlinson (b. 1985, Greenfield, MA) Holly Tomlinson graduated from Keene State College with a BFA in Studio Arts. She has balanced a day job while being an artist since right out of college. Holly enjoys using a wide variety of mediums in her work, but currently has been focused on using oil paint. She lives in Western Mass, taking precious moments to paint while helping raise her two young children.
Holly’s work was featured in ‘Group Effort,’ on view August 10-September 1, 2024.
“This miniature series shows a juxtaposition between beauty and uncertainty. These delicate song birds are accentuated by the small panels they are painted on and the different positions of the birds call to mind the idea of falling.”
