Jason Bagatta is an Artist-educator, living and working in Manchester, NH. His work, as it continues to evolve into abstract narratives, is figurative, sometimes socio-political, and sits within the spiritual and absurd. He makes paintings, drawings, small sculptures and sometimes creates interactive works, writes and makes videos.
Jason is the founder and lead Instructor at Art House Studios School for Drawing & Painting in Manchester, NH. He also teaches at the Institute of Art & Design and The Currier Museum.
“The works presented here represent perspectives on politics, belief systems and culture. They are commentary on nationalism, the power to heal and the absurdity of socio-political conditions.”
Jason’s work was featured in ‘The Locals,’ on view September 10-October 9, 2022 and ‘All Together Now,’ on view February 11-26, 2023.
