Justice McDaniel

Justice McDaniel (b. 1989, Justice Eats Trees) is a Boston-based artist, musician, designer, and excitable puppy of a person. He works in mixed media, incorporating elements of primitivism, surrealism, cartoon, and expressionism into paintings, drawings, 3D-printed works, proto-sculptures, and other cobbled together nonsense he insists upon making. In less than 33 human years, he has created well over 500 songs both in his family band Zanois and as a solo musical artist, many of which were part of his daily song project Groove of the Day. He now spends a lot of time painting and taking photos that look like fever dreams in the woods. Justice loves cats, manages a coworking space, has several science degrees, and once drank a gallon of Tampico in a day.
