Laurie LaPorte

Laurie LaPorte (b. 1980, Henniker, NH) a self-taught photographer residing in Henniker, New Hampshire, finds her creative outlet in landscape, portrait, and documentary photography. With a passion for capturing the beauty of her surroundings, Laurie’s landscape photography showcases her attention to detail and ability to bring serene natural landscapes to life.

Despite being self-taught, Laurie’s talent has earned her recognition in the photography community, with her work featured in local galleries. With the support of her husband and three sons, Laurie continues to evolve as a photographer, inviting viewers on a visual journey through her diverse body of work.

Laurie’s work was featured in ‘Critical Mass,’ on view August 12-27, 2023.

“‘Water Droplets on Lupine’ features the water droplets collected, suspended in a way that defied gravity.

“‘Collected Puddles’ features the morning leaves in the garden after a night of heavy rainfall.”
