Madison Albanese

Madison Albanese (b. 1999) is a mixed media artist from Rhode Island with a BFA from The University of New Hampshire. She is inspired to document important relationships in her life and translate them into a workable experience. In her work, she explores the degradation of time and the revival of fleeting moments through media. Her work is comprised of portraits based on my family photographic archive, ranging from digital to film. She recently exhibited at the Cambridge Art Association’s show “RED”.

Madison’s work was featured in ‘Glad You Asked,’ on view March 11-26, 2023.

“Based on photographic archives born in Sedona, Arizona exploring themes of memory, entropy, and nostalgia.”
