Tara Bilotta

Tara Bilotta (b. 2001, Norwood, Massachusetts) is a MassArt student in Boston working towards a BFA in Painting. She works in both oil and acrylic paints and enjoys experimenting in techniques and paint application.

She finds the most inspiration in small details of everyday life and aims to bring this appreciation into her studio practice. Taking from the many she sees or experiences, Tara applies them to an understanding about life and what it means to be alive. The urge to feel one with nature and connect it to humanity drives much of her work.

Tara’s work was featured ‘Wish List’ on view December 9-22, 2023.

“I tend it look behind the trees for the last sliver of sun before it fades, and it gets cold.”
