Anne, Besty, Blanche, Florence, and Martha are tired of being “beauty queens.” They are also tired of men making all the decisions in their municipal, state, and federal government. They feel women are not being heard and standards are inequitable. As such, they have decided to “shake up politics across the nation” by shaking it up locally and running for Ward Moderator, “Selectman”, “Alderman” and School Board Committeeman of Pleasantville.
