Edward A. Kingsbury III

Edward A. Kingsbury III (b. 1975, Keene, NH) began his artistic journey in 1998. At that time he began developing Crohn’s disease which significantly influenced his live. The artistic journey began as a peaceful meditative process. The forms were subconscious and organic in nature without any specific outcome. The mediums included: pen and ink on watercolor paper, color pencil, oil paint and digital imagery. Over the years it has developed into a conscious awareness of God’s grace working through him. He is engaged with prayer throughout the process. The mediums that he is currently using are: acrylic paint and digital imagery. Edward has shown his work in the world’s largest self-taught show the Outsider Art Fair and many other shows.

Edward’s work was featured in ‘Group Effort,’ on view August 10-September 1, 2024.
