All of A Sudden, It Stops Looking Funny

Mark and Betty live in a beautiful colonial house in a cul-de-sac on a tree-lined street in the Pleasantville. The interior of their house is furnished with good-quality early American furniture from Sears, Robuck, and Co. They moved here from the city when they decided they wanted to have children, a yard with a picket fence, and a swing set in the backyard. Mark and Betty now have three children: Daniel (age 6), Debra (age 4), and Susie (age 2). Mark still works in the city, but Betty stays at home. Betty is unaware that Mark has been unfaithful to her with a woman at work named Tina, but she’s about to figure it out.
